If your house needs a face lift, we can guide you, we have reputable painters and decorators, handyman’s , builders and plumbers, we will work with tradespeople on your behalf to achieve this.

EMPLOYERS TRAINING
We will work close to you to understand your routine and requires, will train your employer how to keep all your belongings nice and tide. How to work on check list to effectively do your grocery shopping. Controlling the stock and expired dates. Saving you money.

MANAGE YOUR MOVE

Whether you are downsizing, relocating, moving on or just need a good, old-fashioned sort out we can help. We provide logistical and practical support for a hassle-free move. You can pick and choose as to what suits you best. We will help you in every step of your new home.

  • You and your family can decide if the items will go to the new property or will be donated, sold or disposable. You will have full autonomy of how you want items labelled for the move. We are able to help to provide guidance if desired. If you would like further assistance at this stage, we can help you decide.
  • We can help you pack, label and organise, be on one room or the whole house, in preparation for your removal company. We can also get you quotes for your move.
  • Move day. We want to make this process stress free as possible, making sure you feel fully informed and in control. Knowing where the furniture is going in your new home and helping unpack the important boxes so that your first night’s sleep in your new home is restful. We will discuss a personalised plan to achieve the best results.
  •  Unpack and Organise
    To help you settle into your new house we can provide a team to help unpack, organising as we go and deal with unforeseen eventualities. You may even decide to go on holiday while we unpack so you can come home to an organised home. We will also remove all boxes and packaging.

They are easy to use, you will keep all you belongings under the control of your hands and eyes because it’s clear! It will bring the store look to your home, increasing the space available and bringing the wow factor to your home. It’s easy to use and can be folded to a very smaller size. There’s a divider for every cloth, so no more messy when you need to wear it. Simply to use and keep.

confidentiality and privacy

Be More Organised provides a professional and confidential service. We are registered at CIO. Any photographs and testimonials will only be used with the consent of the client concerned. If you agree photographs will be taken before, after and during sessions. These will only be reproduced for publicity purposes with your permission. The only way in which you may be mentioned to others is in the context of my own services, and is depersonalised.

payment terms

A £50 deposit is required on booking your time and date. This will be deducted from your final bill at the end of the session(s). Payment may be made by cash, bank transfers and PayPal.
Payment must be made at the end of the booking.

Interest at 9% per month will be charged on any balance due which remains unpaid 30 days after service.

cancellation

Both Be More Organised and the client have the right to cancel the contract due to unavoidable circumstances. If the client cancels within 48 hours of the agreed date and time, and the appointment is not re-scheduled within one month of such cancellation (one rescheduling), the client will be charged 75% of The amount due or loose the deposit of £50.

Be More Organised provides advice and encouragement in the decluttering and organising process. Be More Organised can therefore accept no responsibility for actions of the client. It is ultimately the clients decision to let go of items and Be More Organised accepts no responsibility for the actions the client takes on the basis of that advice be that, at the time of consultation, engagement in the organising or decluttering process, or at any subsequent or future date following any engagement or organiser consultation.

Be More Organised, are not valuers of art or other items of special value or rarity, clients are advised to seek their own valuations of any items.
Be More Organised Team will handle items with care. In the case of accidental damage or loss, howsoever caused, the client acknowledges that Be More Organised will not be held liable for losses or damage howsoever caused in their engagement.

Be More Organised holds public liability insurance.

limits of work

Please note that we do not provide a cleaning or large furniture removal service. Any large or heavy items that need removing may require a third party to help. We are happy to find and recommend removal companies, odd job men and cleaning services that can assist in the decluttering and organising process. If access to your home or premises is restricted or unsafe, we reserve the right to charge for lost time and expenses incurred.

breaks

Decluttering can be particularly emotionally draining and we advise to have some breaks. We will help you declutter at your own pace although guiding you with our expertise. A 30 minute break is required for any sessions lasting five or six hours.
